Started reprograming all the chips one by one everthing ok with the chips. Finaly tried to reprog 25x80 it turned out to be the problem faulty eprom. Got an old broken laptop with bios eprom 25x80 reprogrammed with the file posted here and voala. Works like charm.

Thanks to all participating in this post After conecting to vehicle lexia stopped working. Came home and stared reprograming all the mcus again.Everything ok except the 25x80 eprom which had memory changed. Reprogramed again with the file posted here and tested on the bench, relays started clicking again everthing ok, removed power suply reconected again same thing stopped working, everything okk except relays dont click. Reprogramed the 25x80 again with seeprog, put software write protection and lifted pin 3 and conected with pin 4 and everthing works like charm tested on three vehicles several times still havent tested CAN VAN vehicle thou. I have a 'minor' probleme using the Lexia3. I can't comunicate with the newer (after 1999) clima ecu of the Xsara/Xantia car. If I watch the signal on an oscope the ECU is respondig to the diag interface but the soft (Lexia3 45) report is 'no response from ecu'.
I tried with other clima ECUs (same number/revision) but no change. What shoud I try first? Instal older version of Lexia, reprogram the interface (pic.) I opened the box and saw that the worker which connected the cable connector to the PCB pushed it badly and made a short between the two marked pins (the sixth pins from the top) I fixed the connector and the pins and now the software detects the cable but when connecting the car I hear the relay bat no communication with the car.
I suspect that the short made a problem but I can not find which components connected to these two pins Anybody can help? Hello everyone I have a cloned China Lexia-3 interface. The cable was working perfectly with Lexia 3.499 (downgrade firmware version 4.2.2).
Yesterday I tried to use the cable again, but the software indicates that it is not possible to initialize it (as if does not exist):dong. Windows displays the device as having been installed successfully, the led flashes twice and stays fixed.
From PSA Interface Checker, can't I get the version of the firmware (not let me reflash). Do I need to reflash PIC16, MB90, and 28W40? I would appreciate a little help. Thanks a lot. Summary: The problem: When connecting to the USB port, the card is recognized and detected with USB com board driver. After flash spi flash (Winbond W25Q80B) for changing the serial number and flash MB90F546GS microprocessor with SCARY file for recognition in EVOLUTION driver; the interface is no longer recognized on USB port?????

On microprocessor PCB board you don't have a good optocoupleur reference (Goods are: HCPL 063N and HCPL 0500), i don't see reference? And some are replaced by transistors or 0 ohm.
